We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Karahayit. The location was perfect, right in the center with everything we needed close by. We were able to explore the area easily and even walk to the popular attractions. The service at this place was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The amenities and facilities were excellent, including a spa and wellness center where we enjoyed relaxing massages and soothing thermal baths. The food at the hotel was also delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We especially loved the afternoon tea with its tasty treats. we were impressed with the quality of service and the enhanced comfort we experienced during our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Karahayit. The location was perfect, with everything I needed nearby - shops, taxi services, and even the thermal pools. Plus, for those who enjoy a nice stroll, the northern entrance of Hierapolis&Pamukkale Travertines was only a 30-minute walk away. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and customer-oriented, making me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. The breakfast was a standard Turkish breakfast, and they even surprised me with a delightful coffee break at 3pm. The dinner offered simple yet delicious food, which I personally preferred. The hotel also had a spacious parking area and a fantastic range of pools and saunas included in the stay.

The hotel's location in the centre of Karahayit is convenient for exploring the area. There are markets nearby where you can easily pick up supplies, and there is a restaurant within walking distance that serves reasonably good food.
The hotel's restaurant, however, served mediocre food that seemed to cater more to desperate travelers with low standards.
